The name and our ethos
With a solid background supplying office products for over 16 years in central London, Centrol Office Supplies was formed by Dallas Luckcock in 1991. The name was derived from two words Central Control, which was the ethos the company stood for. (Organise centrally and control your costs)

From a 1000 sq foot warehouse based in London SE15, Centrol operated a Stationery delivery service to the City and West end three times a day. Focused totally on value through customer service, the company grew year on year and in 1999 we moved to a purpose built warehouse of just over 8000 sq feet in Bow London E3. Centrol continues to base its growth on a firm commitment to excellence in customer service and innovation, with ever-stronger offerings of product, price and service for valued customers in London and across the UK.

Our Dedication
At Centrol Office Supplies we pride ourselves on offering a unique, friendly, customer-oriented service that helps our clients cut costs and boost their efficiency. Our corporate solutions centre on long-term partnerships with our clients, based on our intimate knowledge of their procurement needs.

We encourage our clients to visit us and meet members of our staff and this offers our clients a fuller understanding on how our company operates, giving us further insight on your business requirements. With this in mind we also listen to what you have to say allowing us to further improve, where possible. After all the things we say we will do there has to be something we will not do, well here it is:

We will never
introduce an automated answering service, neither will we ever try to sell you anything whilst waiting on the telephone, our aim is, and will always be to answer the telephone quickly with a personal greeting every time. No on-hold selling, no waiting in a queue, to us every call is important, that's a promise.

Our e-commerce solutions will never be used as a selling tool, but simply a way to save you money, no prompts reminding you to buy more, that's a promise.
